Temporary Staffing

Our associates are assigned to you for a time period determined by you.  All you need to do is sign the weekly timecard---we assume all of the employer responsibility including Payroll, Payroll taxes, NYS Disability, Worker’s Compensation, Liability Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance and you receive a simple weekly invoice. The perfect solution for a last-minute staffing crisis, projects, or to allow you time to determine coverage needs in times of change.  

Temp-To-Hire

This program allows you to try the employee, actually working in the position, during a probationary period.  If you and the associate determine it’s a perfect match, you can bring them on to your company’s roster for a minimal fee.  We still assume all of the employer responsibility during this time—you can just sit back and evaluate the situation.  How easy is that!

Direct Hire

For those situations where you need someone on staff immediately, and wish to provide your company’s benefits from the start, this is the perfect choice.  We fully screen the candidates, test them for skill sets, reference check, coordinate the interview process, and help you in the negotiation of salary and benefits.
